Ishwara Yoga is a yoga of inner integrity.

Anatoly Zenchenko’s author’s methodology is the basis of Ishvara yoga, which consists of 10 universal principles of working with the body and a detailed classification of asanas (poses).

The result of Ishvara yoga is the ability of any person, regardless of the level of physical fitness, to practice yoga harmoniously and effectively, using all the muscles and all the functional capabilities of the body, without pain and injury.
